Decks

Decks are built in the Deck Builder tab. There are two kinds, kept separate:

  • Editor decks — visible only in editor mode. Creators use them to define starter decks (given to new players) and AI decks (used by the AI opponent).
  • Player decks — your personal decks built from the cards you own, used when you play the game.

Each user has their own decks; you never see other players'.

Building a deck

  1. Open Deck Builder and click New Deck.
  2. Pick a card from the library (filter/search available) and use + / − to set quantities.
  3. Quantities respect the game's max copies per card setting.
  4. In player mode, the quantity you can add is also capped by how many of that card you own (from opening packs).

Right-click a card in the library to open its details. Its Packs section lists every pack that can drop the card, with the pack's cost, or reads "Not found in any pack."

Game-wide rules

Deck rules come from Details → General:

  • Deck size — the exact number of cards each deck must contain to be playable.
  • Max card copies — the per-card copy limit.

How many different factions a deck may mix is set separately, by Max factions per deck on the faction property itself — see Card Properties. Cards with no faction value are neutral and always allowed.

Starter & AI decks (creators)

In editor mode you can mark a deck as:

  • Starter deck — up to 8 per game. The first time a new player clicks Play, they receive a clone of every starter deck. If there's more than one, they're asked to pick which one to start with.
  • AI enabled — the AI opponent draws from these decks. You need at least one.

Publishing requirements

The Publish button in the game header will refuse to publish until:

  • At least one starter deck exists.
  • At least one AI-enabled deck exists.
  • Every required deck (starter + AI) contains exactly deck_size cards.
